Tuesday: Vinyasa 9:00 am - Memorial Park beach.
Wednesday: Slow Flow 9:30 am - Memorial Park.

Outside classes will be weather permitting. You will be notified 1 hour before the start of class if cancelled or moved into the studio.
Note: Yoga for Flexibility and Strength will transition to Thursday at 9:30 am and remain in studio and via Zoom.
