Spend the afternoon with us diving in to our natural landscape. Join local forging expert Clay Bowers of Nomi Forager as we discover which "Weeds" are actually edible delights! Clay is a life long "plant nerd" and successful forager of Northern Michigan, the perfect guide to show you all our land can offer--grapes aside.
No afternoon would be complete without wine! So after our time in the field, Join Waterfire owner Chantal Lefebvre for a private guided tasting and finish with a glass of your favorite.
