Event Description:
Let’s celebrate the changing season with Andria Flegel RYT 200 and Elk Rapid Yoga Flow for this two hour Workshop. March 18, 2018 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Cost $30.
As we leave behind the dark solitude of winter months and move into spring, we are greeted with fertility and renewal which makes it the perfect time to set our intentions for the months ahead.
The Vernal Equinox is when days and nights have equal hours, complete balance, renewing our energy from within.
We will begin the Workshop with guided meditation, then transition into a meditative vinyasa flow, and move into yin postures where Andria will incorporate essential oils with her hands on adjustments.
The class will end with Yoga Nidra to help solidify our intentions.
You will leave feeling refreshed and energized as you move into lightness!
