By popular demand, we are back with another wine dinner featuring Chef Maria Leggett. Experience a Mediterranean family-style wine dinner, featuring Mediterranean classics that are served alongside perfectly paired wines.
Featuring:
Local greens, roasted beets, Mint/basil vinaigrette, shaved fennel, local goat cheese
Gazpacho, which is made up of tomatoes, watermelon, cucumber, roasted peppers, olive oil, micro greens
Chicken Marbella (Olives and figs) with saffron Couscous
Lamb/Beef Kafta, charred eggplant, Pistachio Pistou (pistachio, herbs, lemon), tahini, Fattoush
Olive oil cake with roasted peaches and fresh cream
