Traverse City's Leadership Lunch Club will feature speaker Tonya Wildfong, marketing and communications director of Team Elmer's, during its April 8 meeting starting at 11 a.m. at the Traverse City Country Club, 1725 S. Union St. Wildfong's talk titled "How to Create Raving Fans" will address how Team Elmer's works to create a culture of customer service that goes far beyond routine standards.
