Kids who like to DRAW, PLAY and MAKE, come to a festival of crafts! on the Elk Rapids District Library hillside, FRIDAY, AUGUST 3RD between 10:30 A.M. and NOON. Make a... cork raft, campfire candle, beaded bracelets, tshirt necklaces. Take a crazy selfie in the photo booth and make a frame, help create a mural with about 100 of your friends, and so much more! And don’t forget THE BUBBLEMAN!
