Event Description:
Early spring is the magical time of year when trees wake from their winter slumber. "Tap" into the magic at the Maple Bay Sugaring Day! The event will include sap boiling, syrup and treat tasting and guided hikes down to the sugarbush for a tree tapping demonstration. GTRLC staff and volunteers will be on hand to answer questions. Please dress for the weather (including muddy conditions). This is a family friendly event and children are welcome with parental supervision. PLEASE NOTE: While we will strive to keep this date solid the event is somewhat weather dependent and is subject to change in extreme conditions. Please verify the event has not been moved to an alternative date by checking back here or calling The Conservancy a day prior to the event.
