Grand Traverse Botanic Garden Tour
The Botanic Garden, located at Historic Barns Park in Traverse City, is a year-round sanctuary of environmental preservation, recreation, and education. With an emphasis on plant species native to northwest Michigan, its 25 acres create and enhance habitats for various forms of wildlife. A wagon tour with docent will give an overview in addition to strolls through the Japanese garden, individual plots of residents, and the gift store. Bring lunch for a casual gathering.
