Ferox Gin | The Final Cask

Join us on Saturday 3/28/26 at 1:00pm as we release the last cask of this 100% wild-foraged gin.

A proper barrel aged gin has the depth, complexity and the personality of a whisky, without the harshness. They are elegant like a single malt and approachable like an Irish whiskey. They are subtle, soft, incredibly complex and clean. Ferox is no exception.

Sadly, we had to discontinue Ferox with Eros as they utilize 100% wild-foraged botanicals back in 2019. As the business grew, it was impossible to source enough supply.

Gladly, Geri still squirrels away parts of each run, and last year threw down two barrels of Ferox from parts of the 2025 Eros gin run.

This will likely be the final barrel of traditional Ferox.

As we did then, we encourage you to light the fire, crack open a bottle and enjoy a spirits that is truly born form our region, crafted with integrity and intention.

Distiller's Nosing & Tasting Notes
Familiarity gives way to bold new flavors, yet the spirit pays subtle homage to its origins. Fragrance of sticky toffee, light cinnamon, and clove provide a flawless introduction to the rich mouthfeel. Robust flavor follows, featuring caramel, nutmeg, and a deeply satisfying peppercorn finish.
