Venezuelan Farm-to-Table Dinner w/ Chef Elizabeth Marcano
This is a leisurely-paced, magical event to share w/ loved ones and friends. Chef Elizabeth introduces each course. Meals come with delicious herbal mocktails, coffee and tea... And most importantly... features our meats and vegetables for a true "soil-to-soul" experience. ;)
Here is Chef’s menu:
- Pisca Andia - a traditional soup for the Venezuelan Andes,
- Pastel de Polvorosa Carrot Salad,
- Beef Tongue Stew in a pastry shell, and
- Juan Sabroso for dessert! (I’ve had this before… To-die-for pudding made with sweet potatoes!).
- Tickets are limited. $75 not including tax and gratuity. (Winter CSA member? Ticket is $65)
