Event Description:
To commemorate its 70th anniversary in the historic Island House, the Elk Rapids District Library is throwing a party and the whole community is invited to attend this free event. Activities include a special presentation, complimentary ice cream, cake, and beverages as well as games, face painting, a photo booth, antique car display, and live music. Bring chairs and blankets. Passenger drop-off will be at the Library bridge on River Street.
