Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency in Traverse City will be hosting a workshop on “Developing a Spending Plan” to be held Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. as part of a series of workshops on financial capability. Developing a spending plan puts you in control of spending and savings. It also identifies wasteful spending and encourages savings.
