David and Kaysen Chown join forces for a special concert to benefit the Music House Museum. The two will be performing an evening of Holiday and Jazz Classics on Violin and Piano. Kaysen is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan, where she majored in Performance Arts Technology. While at U of M, she was member of the Creative Arts Ensemble, and the U of M Campus orchestra. Based out of Detroit now, she performs regularly with the folk/rock ensemble Kingfisher, which has one album out, and another coming in the Spring. They played recently at the Music House to rave reviews. David is a well-known Traverse area pianist who owns and operates Lookout Music Productions, is co-owner of MusicHub.Live, and teaches audio technology at Northwestern Michigan College. He has released 5 albums of piano music, and 3 albums with Miriam Pico, and is a regular performer and supporter of the Music House Museum.
