Ethanology Distillation presents Comedy Night- A professional Stand-Up comedy show hosted at the distillery every third Friday, January through April.

January 19, 2024:
• Headliner: Katrina Brown
• Bio: Dubbed "The Weird One" by her stepfather, Katrina has spent her life living up to that nickname.With her metal head and potpourri of physical oddities,there is no shortage of material for her to draw from,and share her skewed view of the world around her. Just frumpy enough that other women don't view her as threatening, just cute enough that men won't ignore her, she walks that line on what is universally funny to all audiences.
• Feature: Ryan Brown
• Bio: Ryan Brown is an up and coming stand-up comedian who uses “his little comedy thing” as an excuse to both annoy and amuse his family, especially his two teenagers. He’s performed at clubs nationally, from NY to LA. You've seen him at the Laugh Factory in Chicago. Nothing is off limits and everything is funny.

• Bio: Mike All is a Chicago-based comedian and father of four young girls. Whether he's at a club, a bar or a family-friendly event, he's a dad who isn't afraid to tell it like it is. He works all the major clubs in Chicago and travels the Midwest and beyond. He is the co-founder of Sports Hecklers, a comedy duo providing entertainment to and helping raise money for charities all across the country by providing colorful, and of course hilarious, commentary at golf outings and other charity sports events.

• Bio: Rico Bruce Wade is using his relentless instinct for fun and a hornet's nest of bad intentions to create serious comedy. His jazzy style and sharp sets captivate audiences. Yeah, a tidy package. For nearly two decades Rico has performed in comedy venues across the country. He cultivated his improvisational skills with Cincinnati's original comedy troupe, The Fairview Impromptu Band. He toured colleges with the "We Can Make You Laugh" comedy show.

• Bio: Danny Browning is one of the country's hottest up and coming comedians! His material touches on everything from growing up in his hometown, his luck (or lack thereof) with the opposite sex, and many other humorous life experiences. Danny has the keen ability to blend together a perfect balance of improvisation with his eccentric material. Whether just talking to the audience or performing his whimsical subject matter, audiences always seem to enjoy Danny's quick wit and offbeat sense of humor.

• Bio: Since starting a journey as a Comedian, Billy quickly became a club favorite and has performed at such notable clubs as Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, The Comedy Store, and The Holly Hotel. He has traveled the Country using his affable charm and quick wit to delight audiences young and old. As well as being a talented voiceover he has performed at Laughfest and the Border City Comedy Festival along with clubs and bars all over the Country. Billy Ren is sure to become one of your favorites because after seeing him you'll feel better about yourself and your thought process.

• Bio: Cam Rowe is the biggest thing in comedy-Literally! At 6'9 inches tall, he has taken the comedy world by storm as a fresh new face! He was a regular on TRU TV's Storage Hunters at the security guard known as "the green Mile." He has also appeared on the hit show Comedy Bang Bang with Aziz Ansari! Cam touches on real life stories that everyone can relate to. He was a 1st place winner in the Uncle Clyde Comedy Contest at Flappers Comedy Club and The Next Comic Standing Contest at the HaHa Comedy Club in Los Angeles! He has also performed over in the U.K. At the world renowned Leicester Comedy Festival! Also, Recently, Cam did a 25 show stand up comedy tour all around England with two of his TV show cast mates!

• Bio: When Carl’s dreams of being a professional rock-climber came to an end, he turned to stand-up comedy and never looked back. The West Michigan everyman that craves spontaneity, Carl’s storytelling mixed with off the cuff tangents will keep you laughing at all his misadventures. In addition to appearing on many showcases throughout Michigan, he has also appeared at Dr. Grins and Laughfest.

We have stepped up the talent this year with new comedians, and are excited to share the lineup with you. Professional comics from all corners of the country will perform at the distillery in Elk Rapids. Each show will consist of two comics, one headliner and one feature.
