In this intimate class you will learn how an Ethanolo¿y quality cocktail is built and the necessary tools and techniques for at home enjoyment. This volume one class is designed to give you a good foundation, terminology, explanation, and instruction on two classic cocktails. Class will also cover specialized techniques on a zero-proof cocktail and proper spirit selection for specific drink types through a sensory explanation, and tasting of two spirits.
