Authentic Mexican Food at Providence Farm

Saturday’s are for full-out farm-to-table AUTHENTIC Mexican foods featuring certified organic produce & farm-raised meats, nestled in GF hand-made corn tortillas and served with spot-on fresh salsas. As many of these items possible are made with items grown or raised on our farm, including pork, beef & lamb. If we run out, we source whatever foods we can from local sustainable farms. We always change out the features (this week is lamb Quesabirria con Consomé & Bistec Al Vapor, next week could be Gorditas de Al Pastor or Alambre… but also always have 4 different types of hot tamales, veggie tacos, chicken Tinga tostadas, flan, tres leches, burritos, and more!
