Event Description:
Art Rapids! is hosting a " Meet and Greet " with their board of directors on Thursday, November 8 at Twisted Fish Gallery on US 131 in Elk Rapids. Beginning at 5:30- 7:00 pm, the conversation reception will briefly highlight the core programs of the non profit organization which began in 2006. Then it will be your turn!
We are seeking ideas from a diverse population of residents from the surrounding Elk Rapids area. Often viewed as primarily a female organization, we wish to purposely invite: males, females, students, retirees, business owners, educators, artists, library employees, village/township/county officials - all of whom must surely have visions of new "experiences" that may bring meaning to you or your community's spirit! Refreshments will be served. Come hear what we & your community have to share!
